Nautical Antique Twist Pen:

The Nautical Antique twist pen uses a Parker® style refill. The pen nib is exposed by twisting the bottom of the pen counter clockwise.

The pen refill can be changed by twisting the bottom of the pen clockwise and unscrewing it completely from the top section.

Remove the old refill and spring, replace the new refill in the spring and insert into the bottom of the pen and screw back onto the body of the pen.
