How much is delivery?
Upon placing your order through our Ordering System, delivery charges are automatically calculated so you are able to see delivery costings.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Providing we have received full payment from you, artwork proofs have been approved by you which we send to your email address (if applicable) for final approval, your order will then be made, personalised and delivered which takes 7 business days.

What method do you use to deliver my order?
Your order will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post, using Express Post.  On the day your parcel is posted to you via Express Post, you will receive an email from us advising your goods are on their way, including your parcel tracking code and a link to the parcel tracking website so you can find out the exact status of your delivery.  We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.  If you live in a remote area of Australia, you may need to allow extra time for delivery.  Bulky or heavy items incur additional fees we will contact you if this is the case.

Can you deliver to my house?
Yes, although it is always preferable to deliver packages to a business premises.  Why?  It is much safer as it allows for someone to personally receive the package.

Is my delivery insured?
Yes your order is insured.  Rest assured that your order is well packaged and will reach you in great condition.

Do you deliver to places outside of Australia?
Delivery is presently only within Australia.

Can I collect my order to save on delivery charges?
Delivery via Express Post is only available presently.

What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged when being delivered?
Your satisfaction is our primary focus which is why we use Australia Posts’ Express Post to deliver your order.  When your order is dispatched from our Melbourne office, we will email you to let you know it’s on its way; we’ll also give you the parcel tracking code and a link to the eParcel tracking website so that you can find out the exact status of your delivery.  If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us and we will replace your order as a matter of priority.

I need to make a change to an order I have already placed.  How can I do that?
It is important to check your order thoroughly before you submit it.  Changes will delay your order incurring additional charges.  Please contact us immediately if you have changes.

What if I want to order the same as last time?  Do you keep that information?
If you have previously ordered from us, your account history is easily accessible so we can view previous orders.

How do I pay for my order?
When ordering from our e-store on this site, you can pay by EFT (electronic funds transfer) or PayPal.  If you choose EFT, your order will not leave our premises until funds have cleared in our account, so please ensure payment is prompt so as not to delay your delivery.
